faq

Do you have any question?

Everyone.

  • Individuals seeking early diagnosis, education, or consultations

  • Healthcare professionals managing diverse, remote, or underserved patients

  • NGOs, schools, clinics looking to triage patients digitally
Especially helpful for children, migrants, and low-access populations.

Users simply take a photo of their teeth or gums using their phone camera. Dentilligence’s AI analyzes the image for signs of dental and systemic issues (like caries, gingivitis, or early diabetes risks). You’ll get a simple explanation of what’s found, followed by personalised edutainment, guidance, or referrals.

No. Dentilligence supports preventive care and virtual triage—it does not replace full dental treatment. It helps you decide when and why to visit a professional, reducing unnecessary visits while catching problems early.

Yes. The app allows users to book virtual consultations with certified dentists and health professionals, with options to filter by language, specialisation, and availability. In-person clinic bookings are also supported.

Most dental apps focus on reminders or static tips. Dentilligence is:

  • AI-based for real-time analysis

  • Hyper-personalised via age, culture, and medical background

  • Educational through interactive games, stories, and quizzes

  • Integrated—linking oral health with wider systemic risks

  • Inclusive—built for global, multilingual users

Yes. Your data is stored securely and is never shared without your consent. The platform is being built with UK GDPR and international data protection compliance at its core.

Dentilligence is available on both Android and iOS smartphones. It’s optimised for accessibility on low-end devices as well.
