improve preventive health through oral health innovation.
The Ministry of Health in Zambia has granted support for the pilot implementation of
Dentilligence through the Virtual Doctors platform, enabling a hybrid implementation
focused on smartphone-based, non-diagnostic oral health screening and triage support.
The initiative aims to explore how mobile-first oral health technologies can help improve
awareness, prevention, and access to oral healthcare services, particularly in underserved
communities where access to dental professionals may be limited.
