Dentilligence inks a tele-dental screening & consultation contract

Dentilligence has signed a 12-month agreement with a UK-based SME to provide smartphone dental screening and tele-dental consultations for its employees as part of a broader wellbeing offer.

Under the programme, eligible employees will use the Dentilligence app to capture guided intra-oral photos with their own smartphones. Our explainable AI provides a red/amber/green risk view with plain-language guidance, while tele-dental consultations offer personalised advice, escalation where necessary, and clear next steps to appropriate care. An integrated education layer (micro-lessons, stories, quizzes) supports better daily habits.

What the service includes

• App-based dental screening (education and risk awareness; not a diagnosis)

• Tele-dental consults for advice and referral guidance

• Multilingual, low-literacy content to support behaviour change

• Optional standards-based summaries (with consent) to share with a dentist

Success measures

Dentilligence will report anonymised KPIs to the client, including:

• Activation & repeat-use rates

• Image-quality pass rate after re-take prompts

• Completion of risk guidance and education modules

• Tele-consult satisfaction (CSAT/NPS)

• Appropriate routing to self-care, routine or urgent care

Privacy & safety by design

Dentilligence complies with UK GDPR and applies encryption in transit and at rest. The app provides educational risk guidance and clear red-flag escalation instructions; clinicians deliver tele-dental advice under appropriate indemnity. Participation is voluntary, with transparent consent and simple data-deletion options.
